On the 7th day of October the Crazy Eights Tribe of Arapahoe Nation met at the teepee of Big Oak and Little Acorn at 3pm. Attendees: Big Oak and Little Acorn Red Feather and Sly Fox Fuzzy Pup and Prancing Coyote Falling Leaf and Singing Flower Big Bear and Tiger Lily Little Acorn opened the meeting by with 12 beats of the tribal tom-tom. All big Braves and little princesses then joined to form the unbroken circle and chanted the pledge and aims in unison. The princesses passed the talking stick around so each princess could give a report of how they earned their Wampum for their various good deeds. Big Oak and Little Acorn, Falling Leaf and Singing Flower, Red Feather and Sly Fox earned their wings of the Totem by completing a 4-mile hike while on a camping trip. The princesses then retreated to make beverage huggies as a craft and ate festive cookies and juice as a refreshment. The Crazy Eights ended the meeting with the closing prayer.
